The enclosure itself is well constructed and relatively easy to assemble (assuming you watch one of the available YouTube assembly videos!). The laser fits inside nicely. The issue is that once built around your laser frame you cannot raise the frame to engrave large/tall objects. The laser frame is bolted to the enclosure. This is particularly problematic if you want to use a rotary roller add-on, including the one made by Ortur — they just won’t fit under the laser module and the X-axis carriage.The interior of the enclosure is also very dark. This is easily remedied by adding a short strip of LED lights and an external switch or dimmer — but it’s something that perhaps a future version of the enclosure could address.

This is a great looking enclosure. However, it makes engraving taller objects such as cups, or mugs impossible as the entire engraver doesn’t have enough vertical room to facilitate such projects. A lockable z height adjustment for the entire laser and enclosure would be very useful. This could double it’s height and make it much more versatile.

I bought this enclosure for my ourter master 2.0 after searching for a enclosure that was fully enclosed. Most of the other enclosures are not enclosed on the bottom and still let some smoke and fumes out.This enclosure set up easily and came with a small fan that I thought was not going to work great but to my surprise does the job and have not had any issues with it.The exhaust tubing that it came with is not that long so I replaced it with a longer one I found on dhunikart.Overall I am very pleased with this enclosure and would recommend it to anyone that has a laser.
