50L/min Air Volume
The Ortur air pump has an air volume of 50L/min, and the airflow can be adjusted freely.
Low Noise & Shock Absorption
Ortur air pump has the advantages of low noise and shock absorption. The vibration generated by the air pump will not affect the positioning of the laser head during the working process of the laser cutting machine, ensuring continuous cutting of lines and complete patterns.
Clean the Fumes and Cutting Residues
The Ortur air pump has a stable air output system, which can blow away the smoke and dust generated by the laser engraving machine when it is working to ensure that the edges are clean and smoother, effectively improving the cutting performance and quality of the machine, and protect the laser head lens from contaminated, prolong the service life of the laser head.
Long Service Life
The Ortur air pump has a service life of up to one year in an ideal working environment. Applicable with Ortur LU2-4 LF and LU2-10A laser module.

I was looking for something much quieter that still provides sufficient air flow. If you’re serious about the quality of your laser cutting or engraving projects, then you need air assist. This set is fairly basic and includes everything I needed to connect and install the air assist system on one of my laser engravers. I still have some fine tuning to do regarding how much air flow I want when I’m working, but overall its been great at providing much cleaner cuts with less charring around the edges. Recommended.

The air assist really makes a difference in my cuts! It was fairly easy to attach using the mount provided, just had to make sure the nozzle pointed in the right direction and the hose was tethered to the laser cable.The control box lets you adjust the power, at low power it’s whisper quiet and even at full power it’s not very noisy. A good addition to any LED engraver/cutter.
